5 2nd [MATH] F5 MORE F4 ( 0 , 1 ) ENTER

2nd [MATH] brings up the Math menu. F5 goes to the Misc menu, and F4 is the x-th-root function. ( 0 , 1 ) puts in the complex number i: that is a real component of 0 and an imaginary component of 1.

Pay more attention in math class, do your daily homework or tutorials. If you do not understand the chapter or any math problems, just ask the math teacher directly. He or she is the best bet that can help you directly dealing with your situation.

Just don't forget "In any examinations, it is a test of what you don't know".

Hello.

If your TI has a MATH button, select it.

Under Math, Function 1 is fractions and Function 2 is decimals

For example, 2/3 plus 2/3 ...

2 - / - 3 - + - 2 - / - 3 = 1.33333333

2nd - ANS - MATH - 1 = 4/3

Hope this helps.
