Hi, Your projector is probably set for ceiling mount which will project an upside down image because the projector is normally mounted upside down when installed on the ceiling. Go into the menu and select extended then select projection then select front. That should return the image to right side up.
Go into the menu, and look for display settings. There should be a setting for flipping the image. This is for when the projector mounted to the ceiling upside down.
Go to Menu> Extended> Projection> select Front ( to project from the front of the screen ).Front/Ceiling ( If the projector is mounted upside-down from the ceiling ). Rear ( to project from behind onto a transparent screen ).Rear/Ceiling ( to project from behind when the projector is mounted upside-down from the ceiling ).
Check in the settings. One of them will have the option to invert the image not sure what it will be called. That should flip it upside right. I had the same issue with my projector when I first got it just messed with menu until i found it.
If you go onto your menu and click on "setup". Press orientation and select the right one for your projector. It allows you to choose whether your projector is on a table top or ceiling mounted etc.
in the menu under setup or service look for orientation. I don't know this menu but it should be an option to "reset" the projector to factory at the very minimum good luck
