SanDisk 4GB Micro - Recent Update?

When I put my dongle in last night a screen came up telling me there was updates for SanDisk. I clicked ok, and it went through the loading up and backing up stage. an error mesage then came up and my laptop went funny.
I restarted my laptop and I couldnt connect to my wireless internet. Then to my horror all the files and U3 had been deleted from the stick!
I have managed to recover the files but now I have found out that I have NO drivers and I can not access the internet?
My drivers have been corrupted - What do I do?

Hi there

you may try to do system restore.

start>run>restore... click on rstrui and click on an earlier time before you updated your sandisk.

hope this helps.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Files on a flash drive canbe corrupted if it is not removed from the USB port properly.
Before removing the flash drive click on the Safely Remove Hardware icon andthen click on the flash drive you want to remove and then remove the flashdrive when the computer message says it is Safe to remove.
To restore the flash drive you need to format the flash drive, but you willlose the data stored on the flash drive.

UNABLE TO ACCESSMY 4GB MICRO SD CARD

Your memory card reader lacks SDHC compatibility. You must either update your pc card reader to one which is compliant with SDHC or use a cheap external card reader to do the job.

SD and SDHC cards look the same and fit the same slots, but they have significant technical differences which older readers cannot handle.

Sandisk Micro 4GB Cruzer usb flash drive has malfunctioned and all the computers that I've used it on will not recognize it. Help now!

you can try run check hard drive changes,
and let the O/S pick it up, if not pick from the list of hardware devices, choose
usb mass storage, click on it and look for the maker name, pick your model.

if this those not work, run the driver from the cd that came with the USB device.

if not you will have to go for a update from O/S provider.

Pc not recognizing sandisk micro sd

The Card Reader you are using is probably not compatible with SDHC Memory Cards (High Capacity SD). You may need to get an SCHC compatible reader or check the website for your product to see if the is a driver update. You can get a new reader for about $20 bones if needed. I had the same issue.

Cannot delete photos from my SanDisk Cruzer Micro 4GB USB 2.0 Flash

First thing i would do is try to do a checkdisk in windows. Double click my computer > right click the thumb drive > click properties >click tools> click checkdisk. If all comes up ok with no errors try formatting the drive.

Let me know!

Sandisk cruiser micro 4gb flashdrive repair

Your best bet is to contact the vendor you purchased it from first, and many are good about replacements in the first 12 months. If that doesn't pan out, contact SanDisk directly at 1-866-726-3475 .
