My Delonghi oil filled radiator is making 'knocking noises' and the power light and power mode flash red when the mode button is pressed.

Thanks.

Mine too! It's nice and quiet for a while then it starts knocking. I have to turn it off its so loud! I've got the TRN0812T. It's only about a year old. This just started happening a couple weeks ago.

Delonghi does have manuals for some models on their site. Take a look at this link, the model might be similar enough to yours to be able to get the information you need.

If it is tripping the breaker in the panel, there is a direct short in the heater. Scrap it before it causes a fire. Seriusly

Dragon wont turn on, have checked the fuse

We had the same problem. The on/off switch is likely to be broken inside. We tried to fix it but its likely the pcb is damaged. If you contact Delonghi direct they will help resolve. They sent us a new heater (10yr guarantee)!
