The dishwasher will not drain during the normal cycle. I turned the power off and removed the drain hose and the water drained out. I disconnected the drain hose from the sink drain and was

able to blow through it, so I don't think it is clogged. What could the problem be?

Can you here it drain pump when it time to drain. If you do not Then your pump is bad or the control board is not sending a signal to the pump. To see if you get a signal to the pump you can use a electrical tester to see if you get current.
