It is less than 2yrs old and all of a sudden today the color is ALL screwed up. I have tried many times to change it by using the different menus/selections but nothing is changing it. What could be the problem or solution? Thanks

Sounds like you might have a defective unit, or the source that is connected to your tv (cable box, dvd etc) is going out. A lot of times if you have a cable box, glitches, loss of sound and/or color are because of the quality of the input source. Try changing the channel. If the problem is the same on any channel - or on your dvd/xbox, then it is probably a defective tv. You may be able to get it exchanged through LG. Hope this helps! Good luck!
I have a 532-b12 so it may be the same - but not sure.
Push the small round "menu" button on the remote.
A pinwheel should show up in the upper left corner.
Use the up/down and left/right arrows to go to picture.
From there, you can change, saturation, color, contrast, etc.
Problem solved. I tried playing DVD and the TV picture was fine. So I double-checked cable wires from cable box - one of the wires was loose (obviously it was the red color input). After tightening, the TV picture is good as new.
Go out and buy her one of those super cheap Universal Remotes. They cost less than $10 and work great (if you get a decent one) for just about any TV & LCD TV. And the cheap ones generally don't have all those crazy menu option buttons all over them. There's one I saw at Lowes that looks a lot like a flip-up cell phone. The basic buttons are on the outside and the "extra" buttons are on the inside. I learned just recently that to program an Insignia LCDTV to a Universal Remote you use the Mitsubishi Code.
