Google images is a collection of pictures found on the web. When you do a search for a particular picture, such as a "cardinal," Google searches the web for pictures that meet that description and in just a few moments typically displays thousands of pictures it has found much like the search engine provides you with website results when you do a traditional search. Getting your pictures into Google images is very easy to do, in fact you may already have some pictures showing up in Google images without you even knowing it.
1.Name your picture something that someone might type into a search engine. For instance if you have a picture of a blue soccer ball you might want to label the photo "Blue Soccer Ball.jpg."
2.Upload the picture to your website, blog or account on a photo sharing site.
3.Tag your photo with other words of phrases that someone might use to search for your picture. For instance with the picture of the soccer ball, you might tag it with the location of where it was taken or with the brand name.
4.Add a caption to your photo with additional information about the picture or where it was taken that someone might search for on the web.
5.Wait a few days and try searching for your picture. It could take anywhere from a few minutes to a few months for your picture to show up in Google images depending on how often Google indexes the site you are uploading your photo to.

Hello kindly try this steps and links in publishing your site on net.
Understand the basics. To publish a web site, you should
know what a web site must have to be published. A website has a unique
web address like www.google.com or www.yahoo.com. This is called a
domain name. Each domain name is registered with a DNS (Domain Name
Server), which identifies a domain name with a unique ID i.e. IP
address (A bunch of 4 groups of 3 digits each). Then, a web site must
have a webspace allocated to it. This is provided by a Web Server
maintained by many companies.
Look on the web if the name you want to register for website is still available i.e not registered by anyone. You can search for this on many websites like http://www.networksolutions.com etc. If the name is available, then go for it, or think over a new name.
Note the following. If the name is available, then you
should go to an Internet Service Provider and get the name of your
website registered. You'll get a unique IP address and domain name from
the same Internet Service Provider or another buy a web space for your
web site. A normal and usual website can be designed with 5 MB of Web
space. Depending on your requirement buy web space. There may be
generally two options one on a web server using Windows hosting or
Linux hosting. Linux hosting is generally cheaper. Also consider the
design of your web site and tools you are using to develop your web
pages. These should be available on the hosting web server.
Get your web pages designed and working on your own or by a professional web site designer.
Upload the contents of the web pages (files, Folders etc.) as it
is to the web server with FTP address, login and password provided by
hosting service provider.
Give yourself a pat on the back! Now your website is ready and running over the Internet. You can see it using http://www.yourdomainname.com
