Re: 15 DAY OLD TV
Make sure you are hitting the right menu button. Samsung thinks they are dummy proofing their tvs. You cant get to anything they do not think is pertinent at the time. Make sure you are hitting the write button on the remote. Try to hit menu on the tv and see if that works.

I have this tv, just had this exact problem and just fixed it. All this screen means is that you have pushed the "media" button on your remote and it's telling you that nothing is plugged in to your usb drive on the tv. If you plug in a usb key with pictures or video on it, you'll be able to view those from this screen. Otherwise, to exit this elusive "no media" screen, grab your remote and hit the button that says "tv" to get back to the blue screen that says "no signal" and from there, you should be able to hit the "input" button on the remote and switch between your inputs of choice. My favorite input is my apple tv plugged into hdmi 2. yay!
Will need to know what tv you have, but you are right it is probably your input button. if you pushed it on your remote then there should be an input button on remote. otherwise you will have to go into the tv menu and setup it up there. if you respond with model and make of tv, might get more info.
Hi, Unplug tv from wall socket for minute to get it reset, replug back in and turn it On Do you get Menu screen now or tv shows channels?
If problem still not solved then let me know how old is this tv and any related info about problem like storm or lightning in area that caused this problem in tv. Does tv show picture in dvd playback? Thanks.
There should be a button on your remote that says "TV/USB". Try clicking it, that should take you to a blue screen that says No Signal, click Input, and you should be able to access your cable from the list of Input sources. This happened to me today, very annoying and unnecessarily confusing, especially since most buttons you press result in a screen that reads "Not Available." Urrgghhh.
my tv just went to a blue screen one day. I can turn it on and then it will just remain on the blue screen. Any button (except the volume) I push on the remote comes up on the screen "no signal". What would you suggest? I have been reading about replacing a fuse or board? Most of those are on the 42 inch version---I have teh 37 inch version.
Hi, Im having similar problems my new laptop runs on vista and wont display on tc, also tv menu blanks out pc mode & PIP not displayed. Temporary qick fix is to set uo older laptop xp to tv wait for the desktop screen to appear the swith then cable from the old laptop to the new on - like a boost. doing that allows me to have the laptop display on my tv and allow me to access menu, PC & PIP
I had the same issue. I just bought this tv. I went to source on the side of the tv pushed the input button til it went to YPbPr1 and the screen came up. My HD cable box is a little old so I'm using that instead of HDMI. But if your using HDMI just keep hitting that button til you see HDMI and it should work.
