Converting Hi-8 camcorder tapes to DVD
Hi,
I need to know from experts how to convert Hi8 tapes to DVD. I have used sony camcorder to record all Hi8 tapes.
Is there is any (software+Hardware combination) is required with computer to undertake conversion process or I need to give it to studio to get it done.
I prefer to do it myself at home since I have lots of tapes to do it and it will cost me a quite lot, if i give it to studio.
Your help will be highly appreciated.

Did u try to connect your cam to a DVD recorder and record a dvd with the information from your tapes? Or I suggest to go to an electronic store and ask about a video converter package (Plextor and Dazzle both from Pinnacle Studio) and they will give you all the information.
