Microwave appears to work fine but will not heat at all.

- The trim kit will have to be removed, then the microwave from the cabinet. You will need a tamper proof torx bit to remove the case off the unit. The cutoff in on the mag tube(that part has a lot of fins on it with a fan blowing air thru it to cool it down) push the red button on top the the cutoff to rest. Usually at this point is will put a glass of water in the unit and start it up to make sure it and the fan is running.
