I could help you with this one. In the CD that you had in you Sansa Box, you should install it. than when you finish you will find a program which it called sansa media converter, with this program you could transfer video music to your sansa.

This might sound like I'm implying you're stupid, but I'm really not. Have you guys tried putting things on your Sansas using the Sansa Media Converter? Can be downloaded from sandisk.com. I've never tried adding videos to my Sansas (yet) but when I just put the photos on the same way I add music, they wouldn't open. Using Sansa Media Converter worked like a charm. Might be worth a try with videos, as well. :-) Good luck!
