Getting Music Videos on Sandisk

I have a sandisk e260. I downloaded a video, but when i put it on my mp3 in the video section and go and look, there's nothing there. How can i get videos on it and see them?

    but i figered it out

I could help you with this one.
In the CD that you had in you Sansa Box, you should install it. than when you finish you will find a program which it called sansa media converter, with this program you could transfer video music to your sansa.

    Do you mean you want to be able to download video to your player? Videos require "Media converter software" to be installed in order to transfer.

    No sound on my refurbished Sansa e260; was working now it isn't

    How do I load pictures from my pc to sansa e260?


    For pics and video you must install the program from Sansa called Media Converter.

    Getting dvd's on e260


    This might sound like I'm implying you're stupid, but I'm really not. Have you guys tried putting things on your Sansas using the Sansa Media Converter? Can be downloaded from sandisk.com. I've never tried adding videos to my Sansas (yet) but when I just put the photos on the same way I add music, they wouldn't open. Using Sansa Media Converter worked like a charm. Might be worth a try with videos, as well. :-) Good luck!
