You cant ajust the temp its thermostat control,if you want it to dry at end of cycle use rinse aid and open the door at end of cycle to let the steam out.you only have a 55 or 65 wash button on right side next to timer knob.

Asko d1706- drain pump keeps running at the end of the cycle, even in the Off position. Water sometimes remains in the bottom of unit. Any clue

There was a small leak when I re-installed the pump causing water to accumaulate in the base. By reading on your site, I realized that this is normal and expected, for the event that a leak occurs, the pump stays on to purge all possible water.

Thank you

2 problems 1- dishes coated with white-ish film that won't rinse off, has to be hand washed with soap to remove. 2- heating element isn't heating up at all

The problem is hard water. Go to www.dishwasherfilter.com. They have a new product out that solves this problem once and for all. It filters the water entering your dishwasher and removes the hard minerals that cause these spots. Very affordable and guaranteed to leave your dishes looking amazing every time.

No Water

Water on lower bottom will cause the machine to drain all the time. Leakage or blocked drainpipe can cause this. When you dry out the water on the bottom it will sart as usual.

I also had this problem. Support person couldn't tell me if the pump was supposed to run even when setting the control knob to 'off' (bar before (1)). After draining the pan, the control knob functioned normally. So apparently any power to the unit will run the pump when the overflow pan is filled, no matter the position of the knob.

Asko D1706 No water in the sprinklers

You can get access to the base from behind the dishwasher ,you will find about 6 screws to remove the back panel at the bottom to see if its leaking.

Check if there is water on the bottom pan. Remove the panel down on the backside of the machine and look. If it's water there, wipe it well up with a towel or so.
