Question about Dell A940 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I recently purchased a new Dell Inspiron 531. I connected my Dell A940 printer/fax/copier. It prints fine. I used to have an icon on my desktop for the Dell All-In-One which would allow me to scan items and view them on the screen. I've tried reinstalling the software, etc. I cannot get the scanner to work nor can I get the icon to reappear. I went to Control Panel, Printer/Scanners and clicked on Test Scanner. I get a reply back saying the test completed successfully but I didn't hear the scanner do anything. Vista sucks!
