    Thanks but this assuming I already have a certian level of tech know how...

    I need to know specifically how to connect the wires from this case to my Intel motherboard. Some of the items are pretty self explanatory most are not (like the HD led cable, Gnd cable, power cable, etc) the case manual has a diagram for that stuff so if anyone knows where I can get a case install manual, tks!

How to connect an apex led 24 FLAT PANEL to Dell Inspiron lap top TO FUNCTION AS MY COMPUTER SCREEN?

your laptop would have either a HDMI port or a VGA PORT on the Flat panel it might have a HDMI input or a vga input port. Search on the model numbers of these devices and find the user manuals. MY laptop uses Function (FN) with F4 key to switch the output to either extra screen only , Dual screens, ect. THen you would selectg the input source on the flat screen that matches with the type of output and input port you used.

Hey how do you connect the power supply in a Chenbro RM22300 Case? Which one of the coloured cords goes to which plug on the psu? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also this is for an Australian Power...

IMHO it doesn't matter if it is an Australian PSU. (Power Supply Unit)

The only thing that would change from country to country, is the AC electricity coming in.

Australia uses 220 Volts at 50 Hertz (Hertz stands for Cycles per Second)
Europe uses 220 Volts at 50 Hertz
USA uses 120 Volts at 60 Hertz
Japan uses 100 Volts at 50 Hertz

The PSU converts the AC electricity into DC electricity.
The DC voltage, and amperage is very small.

Now to the PSU and the Chenbro RM22300

Inside the chassis is a Chassis Management Board.
(It is a PCB
Printed Circuit Board)

Orient your view of the CMB (Chassis Management Board), with the blue dip switch to the bottom.
{Dip Switch is a rectangular blue block with 10 white dip switches }

To the right, and situated towards the bottom are two white Molex connectors.

(Actually they are each a 4-pin standard Peripheral power connector. Molex is a misnomer. It is the first company to produce a plug with this configuration. Sort of like calling an open-end adjustable wrench, a Crescent wrench)

This gives you more information on the 4-pin standard Peripheral power cable,

http://www.playtool.com/pages/psuconnectors/connectors.html#peripheral

{The Red wire is 5 Volts DC
The Yellow wire is 12 Volts DC
The two Black wires are Ground wires.

Two D cell flashlight batteries produce 3 Volts DC }

There should be two 4-pin standard Peripheral power cables coming from the PSU.
They plug into the two white connectors mentioned above.

(The shape of the plug, and the connector on the CMB, will only allow the plug to be plugged in, in one direction)

There should also be a Purple cable.

The Purple cable plugs into JP1.

Looking at the CMB as stated above, there are two square looking connectors to the right of the board.
The one at the top is JP1.
(The one under JP1 is JM1)

I would also like you to have the User Manual.
Download it from Chenbro Support,

http://www.chenbro.com/corporatesite/service_download_result.php?type=pro&mk=30&sk=48

On this page left-click on the blue - DOWNLOAD - to the right of -
RM22300 - CMB User Manual for Windows - 899.8KB - 2010-07-13

This is a PDF file. {The computer you are using now has Adobe Reader on it, which uses PDF files}

After you click on the above link it may take up to 30 seconds before the first page will come up.
It may also take additional time for the file to fully download.
{Watch the download progress bar}

There is a way to save a copy of this file to your computer. If you are not aware of how to perform
this, and would like to, please post in a Comment.

{This way you will not have to download again.
You will also be able to burn a copy off to a CD, and have it for safekeeping.
You can also delete it from the computer you downloaded it on, and save Harddrive space }

Looking for a manual for a Chenbro 84H220910-074 drive cage. I bouoght 3, and there was no manual with any of them. Nothing on thier site, and no response from thier tech support.

this is from a newegg feedback. the manual is not on their site but according to this guy comments here it is to configure

Pros: It works.
Find documentation here:
http://usa.chenbro.com/corporatesite/service_download_result.php?type=pro&mk=50&sk=
There are extensive connections for fans, alarms and RAID cards (activity & error lights) . Configurable 'high temp' and fan alarms.

Cons: Documentation VERY hard to find.

For the drive trays, Blue power indicator, and green activity light are passed from back-plane to front of drive tray with 'light pipes'. The blue is too bright and bleeds into the green, making it difficult to see the activity lights.

Also, both power connectors need juice or the alarm on the tray goes off. Since I am not using redundant power supplies, I eventually used a 'Y' chord to apply power to both inputs. Not a big deal, just took a while to figure out why the alarm wouldn't ******* (this before I found the documentation mentioned above).

Other Thoughts: The cooling fan is LOUD. I'll look for a more quiet one in the future.

I'm sorry Patrick but there seems to be some confusion here. FixYa is a website where you ask questions concerning various products, and we try to answer them.

Front headphone and microphone jack don't work.

Based on what you've submitted, I'm listing a number of solutions which may or may not help. Try the following:

1.) Double-check the color coding on the jack to the port and ensure they match.

2.) Go to Start Menu>>Control Panel>>Sounds and Audio Devices. If it says you have "No Audio Device", then we have a problem.

If it says you have an audio device, tinker with the tabs and settings until your sound output is good.

Please let me know if this helps. If you need further troubleshooting, feel free to ask me directly! Take care.

To fix front usb and audio to the mother board

Consult the user manual for the motherboard. It should have a layout diagram showing all connections. Or go online to manufacturer's website and download the user manual there. Also, using a bright light and magnifier you may be able to read the small print on the motherboard by the connectors.
