My system now window7 .iwant instaling window xp .but no awaiable boot iwant driver

You can download the latest version (sp3 2011) of windows xp from this link:

http://www.world4free.in/2011/02/windows-xp-sp3-2011-v-1102-full.html

After downloading, place a plane CD in the CD/DVD writer and then double click the downloaded file. Now the burning process will begin. After burning is successfully completed, you can use this CD as your boot disc. Follow the installation procedure as usual.

Hope this one solved your problem. If you have additional doubts, please come back to us.

Regards
Sunny.

I want graphic drivers for AMD Athlon XP 1700+ running windows XP professional SP2..... please help me.

There is not enought information to suggest which motherboard you have. Take a look at your motherboard for the board identifier. You can also go to belarc.com and download a free board analyser. This program will give you the actual idenfier for the motherboard as well as other useful information for your hardware and software.
Once you identify the motherboard, go to
http://support.amd.com/us/psearch/Pages/psearch.aspx?type=2.7
to get the drivers.

My desktop PC Windows XP Pro hangs during resart only

try to use msconfig (on run) to see what programs run on system startup. some of these programs may be a malware that keeps on placing trash on your computer. i would recommend you download the Anti Malwarebytes and run it to remove the suspected malware.
