My boys were excited with their guitar and game for not even 24hrs! everything worked perfectly, had replaced batteries and it still worked fine, then all of a sudden the sensor plugged into the playstation is still flashing when you press buttons on the guitar, but no response on the game. replaced batteries again, but still no change. help please!

I think you should replace the batteries and blow on the sensor to get the dust out.it is due to the detachable necks,the flash light will look like that it is not connected but it will work. Even if it is not working then remove it and spray compress air to clean it out.

i would suggest getting a new guitar for the Guitar Hero. if you do such things as excessively or harshefully drop it, wrap/ overextend the cord as to tearing the inside copper away causing a faulty electrical current,etc. damaging it, or applying too much pressure to the buttons. these will result in a malfunctioning guitar themed controller. bu a new one.

it might be the ps2 i had the same problem so i traded my ps2 in for the slim and it works just fine

make sure the top of ur guitar is in tight al of the way.

check the plug in wires to make sure they are not broke

blow into wii remote back port and guitar connecter

you need the microphone and a controller plugged in (not guitar)

well I guess you just need to very calmly tilt the guitar to 100% vertical. Then it should work.

try callibrating tv game go to options>callibrate

try the slots in the front, i never use the one on the back of the system to play games,
