Hi, I have a Logitech Cordless Click. I had this same problem a couple of months ago, and got it to work again, but don't remember what I did, help!!!! I lost my connection to the internet, I have Comcast high speed. So I turned off the power on my Comcast box, then turned it back on and was connected again. But I had also pushed the connect button on my wireless device which is connected to my computer. When my mouse didn't respond, I then pushed the reset button on the mouse itself, still didn't work, so I then unplugged it completely, then tried the connect/reset sequence again, still wouldn't work. I even changed the batteries, and they are working, but can't get it to work. This is exactly what happened when this same thing happened before, but darned if I can remember how I fixed it, and I know I can, cause I did! Sure do hope you can help me get this going, I'm using my old wire one, and it's horrible!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

I'm going to assume that your mouse has a USB connection, it may have a stuck flag in the registry. Each time you shut down your computer, the flags should close, when you restart, each device is reinstalled. If you have a stuck flag Windows will think the device is already installed.
If that is the case, shut down and remove the USB mouse. Hook up a PS2 mouse, restart, go into the regestry and remove all the USB mice listed under USB mouse. Save the changes, restart, then remove the PS2 mouse and plug your USB mouse in. Windows should detect new hardware and reinstall it.

If you can, check your wireless mouse with another computer to determine if it is working or not. If it works on the other computer, remove any M510 drivers from your computer. Plug the wireless adapter back in, and see if you computer recognizes it and the port it is plugged into (control panel/system/devices). If the computer recognizes it and loads software, try your mouse again.
After replacing the new battery with new one have you press connect button from the mouse side and the receiver side also. It is necessary to sync with the sensor the after replacing the battery Hope this helps. Please rate my response. Thanks. Have a good day.
It sounds like the Drivers for the Mouse aren't be installed. Since it is a wireless mouse and receiver it will need separate drivers to function properly. If it came with a CD I would try re-installing any software that came on the disc. If not (I'm assuming its a Logitech Mouse here) I would visit the Logitech website (www.logitech.com) and see if you can locate Drivers there.
Hi there. Go to the control panel, in control panel you will see mouse, click on that and you will be able to set reaction times speed click times and all the mouse settings.
Yes, you need to install the Logitech transmitter for your cordless mouse. The acer transmitter uses a different frequency. You could try pressing the connect button on both the existing transmitter and mouse but that's not likely to work with different manufacturers.
remove the usb antenna from the computer, uninstall the software, restart, reinstall the software, restart, and then plug the usb antenna in again and try it.
1) On the base unit for the keyboard/mouse plugged into the computer press the button on it. 2) Press the button on the bottom of your keyboard. 3) Try to use the keyboard.
You might have to try it a couple of times. That'll fix the problem 99% of the time. The other 1% means your keyboard is dead.
