If you still have the other half of the stylus, put a tiny spot of super glue on the end of it and push it in the slot. Wait 10 minutes and gently try to pull the complete stylus out. Failing that use a tooth pick, flatten one end and do the same as described above.
Go easy on the glue it's much stronger than it appears, you don't want to glue the whole stick in the hole.

The flip pad not working won't have anything to do with the stylus.

The connection has probably loosened or broken, try to operate the flip pad at a slightly opened angle. If it works, the problem is a connection broken. It's repairable but best left to a specialist.

My p990i phone the fip is broken and it is remained as if the flip is closed and i cannot use the other can i flip open if the flip is broken.....

You need to dismantle the back panel and unscrewing 6 screw using a T6 precision screw driver to be able to release the front panel, but be careful cause the keypad flex connector is attach on the board interface and be careful cause touchscreen and LCD is also connected. On the upper panel, remove the keypad panel by inserting a flat screw driver on each side at the bottom of the front panel.if done, remove the adhesive at the back of the keypad interface and you will see the keypad flex connector,if the parts is still ok,gently remove the flex cause it is fitted by a strong adhesive.the you can replace or if not put an adhesive on a broken part.

good luck....
