I have a natural Electrolux gas double cooker, when the oven or grill is turned on it makes a loud noise, can you let me know what the problem might be.

If this is a popping noise that is a delayed ignition meaning something is preventing the main burner from lighting from the pilot, this can be one of three things (1) at the point the burner and pilot meet some carbon build-up is blocking the burner holes closest to the pilot source, (2) you may have a gas pressure problem or (3) you have a combination of the first two.

Hi Electrolux cooker 607601 error code 4 f on the top oven when using the grill what does that error code mean. Kind regards

It is good practice to specify model of appliance
(like EOG9330XN).

Probably means temperature range of oven sensor exceeded
(for more than 5 seconds).

I CLEANED MY CANNON CARRICK COOKER TODAY AND NOW THE IGNITION WILL ONLY WORK ON THE TWO RIGHT HAND HOBS. OVEN ANG GRILL ARE FINE AND LEFT HAND HOBS CAN BE LIT WITH A MATCH.

More that likely your just got the cleaning solution you used on the igniter/in the burner. Light the burners with a match and let them burn for a little bit of time. This usually works. If not you might have to clean the igniter and make sure it is creating a spark for ignition.

How to light our gas cooker

Modern gas cookers use an electronic ignition switch rather than a pilot light to light the gas for cooking. This means you can light your gas cooker with the touch of one button instead of using several matches or a flint lighter. Of course, you still have the option to light the gas cooker by hand with matches or a flint lighter if the ignition switch does not work the first time.

1.Open the gas regulator valve by pushing it in and turning it to a low setting.

2.Push the ignition switch once.

3.If the gas cooker does not light on the first try, close the gas regulation valve for one minute by pushing in on it and turning it back to the "Off" position.

4.Open the gas regulation valve, set it a bit higher than you did on the first lighting attempt, and push the ignition switch again.

5.Light the gas with a match or a flint lighter if the gas cooker does not light when you push the ignition switch again.
