Assuming that you do not have the user instructions for your watch, I suggest that you go to their web site (www.citizenwatch.com) and follow the trail until you get to technical support, at which point you must enter the details that are on the back of the watch.

Good luck!

My watch uses the button at 8 O'clock to scroll through the screen options until "HS" is displayed.

Then I use the 2 & 4 O'clock buttons to run the hands backwards or forwards as required. If this is not the same on your watch, then the web site is the best option.

I am desperate to find an owner's / instruction manual for the Promaster SST Citizen Eco Drive watch. Please TELL ME A PHONE NUMBER I CAN USE TO OBTAIN THIS.

To determine the exact model and specifications of your Citizen Eco-Drive, flip the watch to the reverse. On the case back will be extensive information about your timepiece. You're looking for the "movement caliber," a four-character combination of letters and numbers, separated from the seven-digit "case number" by a hyphen.
Next step, visit this links:

- citizenwatch.com/COA/English/settings.asp

Hope this helps (remember to rate this answer).

How do i match the digi time with the hand time?

Some Renato anidigis are world timers tracking second times and time zones. On my Vulcan World timer for example, pressing the crown allows you to select and set a second city and time zone for the digital display while the analog dial continues to show the primary local time you entered when you did the initial setup. If you want both displays to show the same time, simply set the same city for both displays. To set the secondary digital display on mine, after pressing the crown, CITY would blink, and I would choose the same city and time zone again rather than let the indicator rest on a different one at random.

Put new battery in wave cepor now can't get it in proper time zone. # on back, boxed [2735] WVA-105H

It may well be that the digital time displayed on the LCD is correct, but the hands (referred to as analog time in the manual) do not match.
If this is the case, to set the so called analog time:
Press the lower left button six times to enter HS (hand setting) mode.
Then press and hold the upper left button until the display starts to flash.
You can now use the two buttons on the right to move the hands forward or backwards to exactly the same ime as the digital LCD display.
When finished adjusting the hands press the upper left button one last time to exit.

The 24hr hand is meant to keep time in another

I too was confused at first at setting the second hand after reading the directions. I read your post in searching for a solution, then I figured it out. Check the watch face, the second hand is operating using military time. (24 hr. time) You will see 24 hour time embedded on the face.
For example: if you wanted to set both hands to be at the same time to test this. At say 10 p.m. set the second time hand to 22 for 2200 hrs. (10 p.m.) Let's say you woke up at 7 a.m. The second hand would be at 0700 (Embedded on watch face) then at noon it would say 1200 on the watch face... I now use the normal hands for local time and set the 24 hour hand for my home time.
I hope this helps.
