Question about Nokia 6820
Hi i lost all display on my Nokia 6820 , handset is 18 months old phone still works but all i have is a black screen could it be worthwhile replacing battery or am i due for a new screen thanks.
You have a damaged screen. they generally go black when they have been cracked and the liquid crystal has leaked. the LCD can be replaced, but if it also has a tired battery, it is probably not worth repair. If you want to replace the display, you need the correct tool to remove the screws from the chassis internally, and the new LCD can be purchased from http://cellink.com.au/products/ They have the tools and parts to repair just about any phone. Good luck. A "fixya" rating for my advice would be great :)
