Re: phone restiction code
Resriction codes are best obtained from the original carrier. There are websites that cn get you an unlock code but they may cost $$. Be careful if you obtain a code from anyone besides the original carrier. If you enter the wrong unlock code too many times your phone will be permanently locked to the original carrier.

You can get the Unlock code for Nokia e63 from SuperUnlockCodes.com .There you have to give your Country and current network name along with your IMEI number to get unlock code. They will give you unlock code along with instruction on how to unlock.Follow the instruction correctly and unlock your Nokia e63 .After unlocking you can use the Telstra SIM card in it.
It depends on which carrier the prepaid was with.
if The original prepaid and your wifes plan are both with the same carrier then it should be no problem just swap the sim over.
eg ( telstra to telstra ) or Optus To optus.
If the v3 is an Optus predaid and your wifes sim is a telsra plan then it wont accept the sim as the carriers lock the prepaid phones to their network
