CPUs do not have drivers. They do not contain LAN, Audio, or Video components. These are part of the motherboard they are installed upon. You need to provide the
motherboard manufacturer, model number, and revision number, along with the specific Operating System you are running. We can then help you find the driver(s) you need.
The AMD Sempron you post is the computer's CPU chip and has nothing to do with sound on your computer. You need to find the manufacturer and model# of your computer, then go to that manufacturer's website, click Support (maybe Downloads, maybe Drivers...), find the model # of your computer and download the drivers. They may or may not be available depending on the company that made your computer and if they have posted the drivers. Many companies are really unhelpful with this, but usually you can find it.
Audio driver? For your processor? If anything has an integrated audio chip, then it's your motherboard. AMD has just come up with a technology that includes a graphics chip in their processors, but I've never heard that anyone got a sound chip there. So, check your motherboard model, then check the manufacturer's site for drivers, they must be there, available for free download!
I am not trying to sound funny, but the processor which you listed amd 2600,has absolutely nothing to do with sound hardware. You need to post the motherboard or sound card if the hardware is not onboard. If the system is say a dell ,go to dell, if you know the motherboard, then go to there site.
Sorry could not help, but if you installed windows I hope you found the right chipset driver for the motherboard, and the graph driver, because if you did not, it is probably using a windows generic driver which are garbage. If you would like help, you need to post the model# of the PC that you are refurring to before someone could see what hardware is installed on it. Hope it works out for you.
Hello.... Assuming that u r connected to internet, u can go to the site www.driverguide.com . There ur computer will be scanned and suitable drivers are automatically installed. On the contrary, if u r unable to connect to the web, download some Diagnostic software like "Sisoftsandra" or "Everest" and make a scan. U will then be displayed with the complete list of ur chipset statistics.
