Question about Creative Labs Zen Touch MP3 Player
When i try to play a song I get playback error
Check to make sure that the file you are trying to play is not corrupted. If replacing the file does not work, then check to make sure it is a supported file format, and that you have the latetest firmware installed for the player. If none of these work, the try reformatting the player from the options tab of the creative software.

ok some mp3 players also read wma wich is an audio cd format wat u need to do is either convert the wma,s in to mp3s or just put nothing but mp3 formatted songs
