Question about HP DeskJet 9800 InkJet Printer
Printer worked fine until recently, but now it won't take the paper, either A4 or A3! Have taken out the paper tray and taken the rear off, so see if I can diagnose the problem. What appears to be the problem is that the mechanism that normally offers up the paper is not springing up. It is permanently in the down position. Is there anything I can do about the problem, I've only had it just over a year (so the years guarantee has only just ran out! ) and it has only had moderate use (approx 3 or 4 print cartridges). I would imagine it is quite a simple mechanical problem. If anyone can shed any light on how to fix this, it would be much appreciated!
