1. Restart your system.

2. When the POST screen comes, press F8 key repeatedly untill you see the 'Advanced Boot Options' screen.

3. Select "Repair Your Computer ".

4. A windows will open, select "Comlpete PC Restore" Or "Full Factory Recovery" option.

5. Follow the instructions.

6. It will ask you to "Select the Recovery Location / Drive" Or "Insert the Recovery CD/DVD"!

7. Now, the recovery process will start. It will take about 30-45 minutes.

8. You will get the options like : "Partition all drives", "Format all drives", "Fromat System drive (C: drive)", etc.

9. Select only "Format system drive (C: drive)". This helps you to prevent erasing your data on other drives (like, D: ,E: ,F: , etc) .

10. The system will restart multiple times and you will get message "Recovery Successful"!

11. Don't forget to create a 'Restore Point' after successful recovery...it will help later in case of any crash!

If your model Toshiba laptop has a Restore partition on thehard drive then follow these steps to restore your Toshiba to the Out of theBox condition.
1. Press and hold the 0 (zero) key and at the same time, tap the power buttononce to switch on

i think you must try master clear first..if it does not work have it reprogrammed..save the data you don't want to lose first..anything saved on your memory card won't be erased..just those ones saved on phone memory will be erased so try master clear
