printer is printing headlines but not the remaining text

Thanks for advice, I discovered that a coloured ink cartridge was put in place of black, by mistake. Its working fine now
I have the same problem Post a new problem

if you run it useing the platen, (or copy from on the glass image to image) is it ok or full copy. If it is good, then its a printer ( imean computer) to copier problem. Maybe connection. eliminate the source of the problem first.
