Question about Creative Labs Zen V MP3 Player

1 Answer

How do I replace the battery for Creative Zen V mp3?

I'm wondering if this is possible. I have not found anywhere on the web that gives instructions. I find it hard to believe that the only solution to a new battery is to send it back to the manufacturer or just pitch it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I can't say this will work for you, but I had exactly the same problem (I think the clicking noise has something to do with the hard disk being slightly dislodged - possibly after dropping it?). I found that giving the side of the Zen a sharp smack on my knee sorted it out.
