Question about LG Shine KE970 Cellular Phone
My LG Shine arrived today. I have installed the software & the LGSync does not connect, at the bottom is this message "Cannot connect to mobile phone. Check the connection". I go to the set comm port icon & test the connection & get a popup that says with yellow triangle & exclamation "connected to Mobile" yippee!! But no it still isn't when I go back to the main page
Mine keeps doing the same thing but i have the prada phone but mine doesn't even say connected to mobile it just says Cannot connect to mobile phone. Check the connection and nothing comes up on the test connection. ANYONE?? I NEED HELP
