I JUST CALLED FRIGIDAIRE AND GOT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELF CLEANING:
1. TAKE OUT THE RACKS UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND THEM TARNISHING 2. TURN THE "SELECTOR" AND/OR "OVEN" DIALS TO THE LOCK (OR CLEAN) POSITION 3. PRESS THE "COOK TIME" BUTTON 4. SET THE CLOCK TO 2 OR 3 HOURS (I.E., "2:00" OR "3:00"), DEPENDING ON HOW DIRTY THE OVEN IS 5. PRESS "START" BUTTON 6. YOU WILL HEAR THE MOTORIZED LOCK MOVE INTO PLACE; WAIT ABOUT 30 SECONDS, THE DOOR SHOULD BE LOCKED AND CLEANING WILL BEGIN. 7. CLEANING WILL STOP AFTER THE TIME SELECTED (I.E., 2 / 3 HRS) AND THE DOOR SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY UNLOCK
Sorry to read about your problem, I hope this helps you out. you may have done a panel lock, so try the first solution.
To Lock/Unlock Control: Before locking, make sure the ovens, Timer and Timed Cooking are off. Press and hold START/ENTER until a single tone sounds and "Loc," a picture of a lock and "START?" will appear on the oven display, about 5 seconds. Repeat to unlock and remove "Loc" from display.
To Stop Self-Clean any time: Press UPPER OFF, LOWER OFF or OFF/CANCEL. If the oven temperature is too high, the door will remain locked. It will not unlock until the oven cools.

Here are some solution on how to unlock the door of your oven ans do self cleaning below.
IF you can locate the model number tag (bottom left of door opening) you can look up the manual at www.geappliances.com The
only button on your stove that should make the door lock would be the
clean button (self clean model) if that is pressed simply hit the
clear/off or cancel key and wait for the door to unlock. IF the self
clean option ran for an hour or so, you will have to wait for the oven
to cool down before the lock can unlock (safety feature).hope this helps you out please rate this solution it helps get better results for our customers like you

It may have heated up just enough to trigger the lock thermostat. I almost bet that by the time you read this, it will have unlocked itself. If not, unplug for 30 minutes and try hitting the clear/off button.
the door stayes locked untill the oven senses its safe enough to open can take up to 1hour after cleaning if not unlocek by that time start cleaning again then hit cancel
On mine, I was able to take of the face plate and unscrew the metal locking arm from the motor. Once i wiggled the locking arm away from the locked position I was able to open the door. Once i opened the door, the little motor which controls the locking arm automatically rotated to the unlocked position and cleared teh "locked door" message on the control panel.
