Question about HP (D7580-60003) Motherboard
Posted on Mar 12, 2008
Well it seems to me you don't have enough power to support your system with the added components. You have to buy a real power type power supply unit. Ask at your local store about it, the price is a lot higher than the normal one.

Check the jumpers of harddrives it should be MASTER and the two CD drive are set to SLAVE... Then cable 1 contains one master (winxp loader) and one slave (combo). The second cable contains one master (new 80gb) and one slave (CD-ROM).
Boot in safe mode to repair itself... Press F5 for that before it reads the OS
Good luck... Fixya
