I need to know the brand of the motherboard and its model/code number or model... then i'll know what sound driver is appropriate to your computer...

I'll wait.

I have a new reformat pc all installer sofware are working properly but soundcard installer is not working on my computer. hoe can i fix tihs problem, and how to fix this easely? thank you so much god...

Well, try this.
Ensure speakers are connected to the correct port. Usually the green one on your sound card. Then --
Open Control Panel, Device Manager.
Expand Sound, Video and Game Controllers
Right Click your audio device and select Properties.
Does it say, THIS DEVICE IS WORKING PROPERLY in the Device Status box? If not,
Click the Driver Tab and select Update Driver.
If yes, Go to Device Manager, Sound
On the Playback Tab, is there an Audio Device listed and selected? Is it the correct one?
If yes, select the Sounds Tab. Select a Sound Scheme.
You should now have sound. If not, recheck your connections. If all is well, replace your sound card.
