My Ac do not cool enouhg, even it doesnt cool anything, i have my windows close and there is no equipment that produce heat!

Hi Cafe,
Ensure that the the discharge (hot air) is properly routed outside. Take temperature readings of the intake air (room air entering the unit) and the outtake air (cold air coming out of the unit). If the temperature difference is approx 18 to 22 degF, you might need more capacity. I believe your unit is 8,000 BTU. This is considered very small capacity. Not knowing what your situation is, it could be the right size. Below is a link to a site that will allow you to input information regarding the area you are trying to cool. It will calculate the BTU's needed to cool the area.

E22 is the error due to connection getting stopped in the power source of the unit.as per the connections which you mentioned its clear that you connected everything proper , that's why the unit is working .but any of the connection is got loose or not connected properly.so remove every connection and reconnect everything tight and secured.and then check out.if still the same error occurs that means its the problem in internal connections of the power supply board of the unit.it needs to be checked.thanks.keep updated.

Most heat pumps are 'fail-safe to heat'. That is: the normal position of the valve which reverses the function is in the position which provides heat. The reversing valve must be powered to switch to the cooling position.

Although the lack of valve function could be a mechanically defective reversing valve - it's more likely to be an electrical issue. Start with checking for power at the reversing valve's coil. If it's powered unpower it - you will be able to hear the reversing valve distinctively
