I went to acer.global and then to "downlowds" menu, and the scroll down menu doesn't even include scanners, is like they made some scanners years ago and then totally forgot about them, like it was a bad dream...

BENQ S2W4300U NEED INSTALLATION DRIVER

First, make sure that the SCSI cable is connected properly to your computer and your scanner is turned on. Otherwise, turn on the scanner, enter the Windows Control Panel and click Refresh in Device Manager tab of system.

If this didn't help you to solve the problem, it must be because of driver.

To download the driver for your Benq S2W-4300U, please follow the link:

Also, there is no driver available for Windows Vista.
