> Check the power connection to your computer in good condition.
> Remove the SW on the motherboard connection and switch on the computer by using the SW pin tespen to affect positively and negatively. (To make sure the button on / off function)
If your computer can be turned on this means that the button on / off there is a problem but if the contrary, create a test on your computer power supply box in a manner which was troubleshooting with the power supply box which is still functioning properly or even better one.(Problems on the motherboard can also cause your computer can not be turned on)
If you have to do some tests and the problem is not coming from your motherboard, I believe there is no problem for your computer is switched on and used as usual.
Do you mean the pin set on the motherboard to connect your power on button's wires to?
This connector labeled: FPBUT_IN In Power switch connects to pin 6 and 8 Find Pin 1 and count down and then next row count down. Sounds like this connects to the second row and there should be no pin for pin location 7
This is the link to download the board PDF manual, go to page 78. Your Motherboard has a different number assigned by Intell but is the same as yours.
