Have you tried resetting the bios? Assuming the video (or other part of the mobo) is not physically bad, it could be that the onboard video is disabled. Or you could try an external card, AGP assuming there is a slot, or PCI if not. Hopefully that would tell you if the motherboard was working.

If you are already trying an external card, it could be the problem. Perhaps trying a different card, a PCI one if the one you're having problems with is AGP, or vice versa.

One last possibility - on some older motherboards there could be a jumper that disables onboard video. If that is the case it should certainly be listed in the manual.

One beep is usually a problem with either the memory or the video card. If you have 2 or more memory sticks, take out all but one, and if the problem persists, try each stick on it's own, and each stick in each different slot.

If that does not help it could mean that the memory is bad, or the video card is at issue. Then try a different video card and see if that helps.

Can you hear a beep when you switch on the computer? That's our clue... so give us, is it long or short, how many, and what is the sequence.... example "1 long beep, 2 short beeps" means a problem with the BIOS IC.

post me back....

Okey... sounds like a memory problem.... memory is faulty...
    Trust me on this secret....

(Don't forget to turn off on every removal and insertion of memory)

Remove the memory and clean the contact points with a pencil eraser...

Properly insert them back... try switching it on... If you still hear those sounds, find which memory is faulty if you have two. Insert just the first one and turn the PC on... then do the same on the second memory...

If you still hear those beeps... well try a new memory...

    That will fixya the problem.

Do gigabyte motherboards GA-7N400 pro2/GA-7N400/GA-7N400L support usb3 cards

Yes, but please make sure you buy the PCI interface version, some of available USB 3.0 card in the market are mostly PCI-express interface. Just tell the store you will install it on the old PCI slot (white one). You also ask them if they have issue with the card that they recommending to you.
