DVD Player / Consumer Electronics Parts...

Hey, I recently had my second CHEAP DVD player go bad, which is not a big deal because I only paid 15 dollars for it. I have two questions though...
Do you know of any place that I can order replacement electronics components? Things like belts(rubber bands) for DVD trays that will not open, and components that I can soder onto Laptop motherboards when somebody brings them to me with the power cord pushed in. I don't like being over charged, but I also don't know the electronics lingo.
Also, I am looking for electronics cleaner. The cleaner I have used in the past you could hose down a PC board and not be afraid of it going bad as long as it was dry before you used it.
