Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
I`ve been working on this for about three hours and everytime i try to delete songs it says could not be deleted. the device has either been stopped or disconnect. but the device is still connected. help ?
Try connecting in MSC mode of the USB settings - then using windows or mac or linux to delete files. In MSC mode the player should be recognised as a bog standard usb storage device. The files are have the hidden attribute set, so you must enable show all files in Windows or you won't see the Music directory they are in.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
