If you have a warranty I would definitely send it back to the manufacturer. Most companies will pay for shipping for warranty repairs as well. What sounds like has happened happens a lot. The plug the jack plugs into (inside the Mp3 player) gets a cold soldier joint or the jack on the ear buds gets caught on something one to many times and breaks a soldier joint loose.
I usually open the media players and reheat the soldier joints myself. If you have already tried a different pair of ear buds it is almost certainly the jack inside the MP3.
Try using the headset to listen to your iPod or MP3 player. Plug the USB plug into your Xbox or PC USB port, then plug the X1 green plug into the Headphones jack on your iPod or MP3 player. Make sure the master volume is up on the X1 (inline volume control box). Play a tune on the MP3 player. Do you hear the music? If yes, the X1 is fine. If no, you should contact Turtle Beach tech support and tell them about it.
your ipod was just low battery. charge it and your problem is solve. when your ipod is blinking that means you need to charge it so that you can use it again. i have my ipod shuffle just like yours and i know exactly whats your problem.
I think this is what you are looking for, it is compatible with usb flash drives and sd cards, it can be docked to speakers or mobile with ear phones. registering with them is easy and they accept credit cards or pay-pal.If you remove the speakers you can plug in headphones(sold separately)
First: Click on your music button and play a song as you would normally do on your phone (make sure your speaker is on during this point).
Second: Click on the speaker button so you can listen to your music through your ear piece (as your music is still playing). If you don't hear your music through your ear piece wait until you hear it. It shouldn't take more than a minute. (Your music should be playing throughout this whole process)
Follow these steps every time you come across this problem.
