after a brown out my dryer is displaying e 61 on panel--this occured a month ago and repairman said he "reset " the board but this time he wants to replace board without attempting to reset--dryer has worked fine since last reset

- I had a power surge and now my G.E. dryer is showing Error Code 61. How do I reset it? I have turned the breaker off and on but this doesn't fix it. I get nothing when I push the buttons. I have model# DBVH512EFOWW- dpreyn
