Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have a hp deskjet 6988dt mypaper tray the one that holds 250 sheets has 2 black clips and 2 springs that have came out of the bottom of tray/ How do I hook these parts back on the tray?
Usually every clips has a certain way to sit on it's place, and it's can't be explained well enough through text, but you can try to learn it's way, by observing few important things:
- Is it reachable enough (visible & holdable)
Don't force it if it's not reachable, perhaps you have to open some screw first, and you've got to be careful
- Is there any broken mark on the clips or on the printer, coz if it is, then you have to fix it first, or get a new one
- Try to learn to put the clip back on it's place without the spring first, coz it will be more difficult, then after you got the idea, try using the spring.
Good luck :)
