try 0000

if you never put a lock code into the phone, it should respond to the factory default. check with your carrier for the default code if its not 0000. the manual also will usually tell you the default code.

barring that, you might remove the sim card, reset the phone (see the manual), then reinsert the sim card and reboot.

if you installed the card with the phone plugged in (some units will stay alive with the charger connected) you could have damaged both the card and the phone. try the card in the original location to see if its corrupt.

i got lost the manual and so the restriction code, what should i do now for me to able to use my G4015 again? im hoping for ur response..please held to deal with it.
