I'm sending a lot of faxes to different numbers and I'm receiving fax confirmations back. I'm getting messages that the memory is full. How do I clear the memory? The troubleshooting in the manual just says to wait for the faxes to finish printing/sending.

This message usually shows up when you've received many faxes and haven't printed them, or when you have attempted to send faxes but they never made it and were kept in memory for a later date.
I would search in your user's manual how to clear the memory, since each manufacturer has a different way to do this, and the machine's menuing systems also differ from one manufacturer to another.
You are right about that. The messages are indeed sitting in memory. Here's the procedure to print them out. Step1: Press the memory reference button in the one touch speed dial panel Step 2:Press the search keys(arrow keys under the one touch dialing panel)until the option "print document" is highlighted and then press SET. Step 3:Press the search keys again to select the transaction ID of the document you wish to print and then press SET. Step 4:Press # to print the whole document or * if you wish to print only the first page.
After each number you dial, press "SET" then dial the next number
After you put in your last number hit "SEND"
You will receive a confirmation with a compilation of all the numbers you sent to after all numbers receive their faxes.
