YES..............All of these Magnavox TV/VCR combo units have fusses in them. Be aware of the fact that some of these fuses...do NOT look like fuses. THey're small round BLACK parts which have an F on top of them. They are SOLDERED to the PC board.

I found this to work on my Toshiba TV/VHS combo MV19M4 after trying others suggestions that had worked on similar models but nothing worked on mine. Maybe it will work for yours. Follow these steps:
1: Unplug the TV for 1 minute then plug it back in.
2: In the menu select "TV Set Up".
3: Move the blinking block to beside "V-CHIP Set" BUT DO NOT SELECT IT.
4: Hold in the number 1 button on the remote.
5: Hold in the volume down button on the TV.
Your TV will turn off. Give it a few seconds to reset itself and then turn it back on and you will have to completely reprogram your settings. When you go to the V-CHIP settings it will ask for your new code.
A model number for your Magnavox TV would be helpful because the Parental Control Reset procedure varies. There should be a sticker on the back of the TV showing the model number.
If you have a newer LCD model, the unlock code is usually 0711. Ignore any "Incorrect" warning and enter 0711 again. Then set or clear the Parental
