I had the same question, so I called Rage & this is what I was told. :
The top blade uses a very small alan key to replace, that is the easy part.
Now the blades themselves take a little more effort but it can be done.
You will need a scratch awl or a finish nail, a hammer & a soft surface material like a towel or styrofoam.
You have to pound the pin in the center out (dont worry about it cause you get a replacement pin with the kit).
Once you have the pin out, slide out the old blades, line the new ones up & insert the new pin. It is grooved so it will grab & hold the blades in the correct position.
Also dont worry if you damage the broadhead cause if you damage it during the replacement process, Rage will replace it.

How do you put the replacement pin provided back into the broadhead? It seems the grooves are way too big to fit...
