Question about Epson Stylus Photo R300 InkJet Printer
"GENERAL ERROR SEE YOUR PRINTER DOCUMENTATION FOR INFORMATION ABOUT CLEARING THE ERROR".
Can anyone help me sort this?
In my r300 epson printer general error appear . How can i remove or clear this error from my printer lcd

la solución es muy fácil.... tienen que bajar el cabezal, y limpiar el sensor que esta al lado izquierdo del carro,, el cual censa el papel,, lo limpian, y revisan los buses de datos del cabezal que no estén con residuos de tinta, ensamblan nuevamente y listo, la maquina se desbloquea...

Turn the printer off. Open up the cover and check for any obstructions inside the printer. Double check if the ink cartridges are properly plugged in and the tray cover is closed. Turn the printer back on. If you still see the error message, it means that you are having a hardware issue. Then try to contact Epson Technical Support.
