Question about Printers & Copiers
In my expirence with ink cartridges is that they can be faulty strait out of the box both Genuine and non-genuine (a lot more of the time on the non-genuine). My advice would to go out and get yourself a set of the genuine manufactures ink and to try those. If that works take the others back to place of purchase for a refund.
You may have to run the cleaning function several times to purge any other ink out of the machine.
