Try dragging the files into the folder you want, instead of just copying them. because your psp is recognised as a mass storage device, it will copy the files onto the memory stick when you move it instead of physically moving it like it would if you moved it to a folder on your hard drive. good luck!

Cannot open psp iso games

if you are trying to run iso/cso files on your psp you need to install custom firmware on your psp. having iso/cso copies of games you don't own is illegal.

How to download games

Hi. You can play games in psp by umd or by downloading games and transfer it to your memory card. You can try this link and search for the games you would like to play. After your done choosing the game you like to play download it and if it is done downloading you can transfer the file to your memory card. Do it by connecting your psp to your computer open the drive specified for your psp and copy the file to the ISO folder.
Hope this helps. Have a nice day!

How to transfer games from pc to psp?

first, u must make sure that ur psp is hacked.......if u r sure of it, then all u have to do is: 1. Connect your psp to the computer. 2. Go to the psp drive, and check if there is a folder named "ISO". if there isnt, make one. 3. Check in the game that you have, whether there is a file with the extension .iso 4. copy that file into your psp 5. disconnect your psp, and then go to games and then memory stick. Your game should be there.

PSP (Modified 3000) wont transfer game files I download, yet movies transfer fine and work. What am I doing wrong?

You sure the games that you've downloaded are working properly & suitable for your PSP & your version?
Make sure that you have a folder called ISO in the root of your PSP. Drag & drop game files in there!

There are no games

1.)try to backup first the data in your memory card to your pc,
2.)after copying ,format your memorycard.
3.)then copy the backup files back to the memorycard{copy it folders by folders}

if still doesnt work the memorycard must be infected by a virus. to troubleshoot:
1.)try to rename the GAME folder to game1{if you cant rename it,rightclick the folder then click properties then uncheck the readonly attributes then click apply then OK.}
2.)after renaming the folder,then create a new folder and name it as GAME
3.)then copypaste the game to the newly created folder.

note: 'GAME' folder indicates the folder where all previously game are located.if the previous name of that folder is '3.71GAME' then the newly created folder must be 3.71GAME

this solution do bypassing the unreadable folder done by a virus,i did it before & it solve my psp problem

tnx 4 using fixya

I am having a big problem when click on run cd/dvd from file menu it dose not work

Solution:

1.) Remove EVERY FILE from the memory card folder. There should be NO FILE in the memory card folder.(you haven't even booted 1 game yet so....yeah....that folder should be completely empty)

2.) Copying the files from the CD/DVD WILL NOT WORK. You have to create an ISO out of the game or run game from CD/DVD rom drive. However as I said before, I have had better luck with making an ISO out of the game and running it from hard drive then trying to run it from DVDROM. The choice is yours. PCSX2 will not play files just copied from the DVD you must make it an ISO in order to use that option.
