Your display circuit is broken, even if the LCD-panel,
seems to be ok the display is damaged.
This is a very common problem in Nokia phones.
The only way to fix this is to change the display.
You need a T-6 Torx Skrewdriver to do the job.

if you want to access GPRS in your mobile you have to ask for its settings from your service provider, once they send the settings save them and you r on..... getting settings wont cost you, hopefully.....
if u really went to any nokia support center who's specified for fixin' the nokia phones they'll tell u that the logic circuit is down i had tha same problem and the phone center (RA'A) in egypt have fixed my phone for only 300 EP = 52.99 Dollars so go and check it out
