cranks ok> / not stated, and is 100% #1 key fact. ill guess (daft) it cranks OK. so check fluid levels(oil tops list ) then fuses.we test them. then scan it. all modern cars same. deal.
if it dont crank, "my starter is silent or just clicks) then that be a horse of a different color. dead battery ? charge system failure, starter bad? PRNDL (p/n switches bad )try cranking in neutral yet my wrangler is 6 speed stick with a clutch switch that too, is different. even green battery lugs,.got those?
will not crank or cranks perfect but will not start which is it??????????????????????????/
the tests are all easy,
check fuses first, on all electric fails, starter ,charge and EFI are all electric systems.
super easy.
jumper cable cranked with donor running car work?
yes, battery is dead, or only discharged, charge it work?
yes jumps but charge fails, bingo battery toast.
so the jumper fails. in #1 , all that is a bad starting system. (not a part, the system)
clean battery lugs. check fuses, and then hot wire the starter solenoid lug (dinky lug ,not huge one) (in park and wheels chocked keys off)
ok that fails the starter is bad.
ok that works. so the KEY line is dead. try starting in neutral yet?> bingo works, bad PRNDL switch on tranny side.
the KEY line can be interrupted with some alarms, on a jeep it has Immobilizer that cuts fuel not cranking. so.... PRNDL switch bad or the key switch is self .
Using any voltmeter to do the checks is a WIN. 12.6vdc is a charged battery is yours 12.6v rested/???????????
check the relay #303 if its burned or damaged and you can buy it at an auto parts if that relay is not the problem check the rest of the relay just to make sure they are working properly hope that this can help with your problems
Your transmission range sensor/switch isn't working. The starting system depends on this so it will not start in gear. This switch is mounted to the left side of the transmission on the gear select shaft. They are relatively easy to replace for a technician and is best done on a hoist. It is also possible that the connection is loose or corroded.

You're shifter indicator appears to need attention. The PRNDL = Park - Reverse = Neutral - Drive - Low These are the gears. You need to have a high end electronic pc test and see what error code it is 'throwing'
